of the highest quality. All of our spa treatments are done in our Wet Room.

Herbal Steam Saunas
Steam saunas have been used for centuries by many cultures to help the body unwind. An Oriental herb known in the West as Mugwort is highly regarded medicinally for its ability to combat infection, stimulate circulation, improve energy levels and release toxins from the body. Sometimes it is used in hot soaking pools or tubs. We use this herb in conjunction with our steam saunas to deliver its therapeutic benefits. 15 min. 15
